Welqaros operates nationwide with mobile catering units and licensed kitchens to meet local requirements.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By engaging Welqaros for catering services you accept these terms. A booking confirmation email or signed agreement constitutes acceptance. Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change subject to availability of ingredients or services.

2. Bookings, deposits & cancellations

Deposits and final payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply; please refer to your quote. We reserve the right to cancel for safety or regulatory reasons with full refund or offer of reschedule.

3. Liability & indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Welqaros's liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for services. You agree to indemnify Welqaros against third-party claims arising from breach of these terms or your instructions.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria where applicable. Any dispute should be raised promptly and both parties agree to seek mediation prior to commencing formal proceedings.

Privacy & Data Rights

Welqaros collects and uses personal information to provide catering services, manage bookings, and comply with legal obligations. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We retain data only as long as necessary and implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.

Your rights

Access: You may request access to personal information we hold about you.
Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
Complaint: Lodge a privacy complaint if you believe your information has been mishandled.

Regulatory & Food Safety Compliance

Welqaros maintains current licences, public liability insurance and adheres to state food safety regulations. Our kitchens operate under HACCP principles where required and all staff receive food safety training.

We hold all required local council registrations for catering and temporary event food premises where applicable. Copies available on request.

Welqaros maintains public liability insurance and workers' compensation as required. Policy details available on request for bona fide enquiries.

Our food safety plan follows HACCP principles. Catering staff are trained in safe food handling and temperature control. We regularly audit supply chains.
